Terms of Service

By using Bootstrap Office ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Bradburnicus LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you don't agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Access tiers and consulting services

Three tiers of access

Bootstrap Office provides three levels of access to voter information:

• Anonymous Access: Limited, heavily anonymized public data (no login required)
• Free Registered Access: More detailed voter data after creating an account (temporary, revocable)
• Full Consulting Access: Complete access to all features and data (requires consulting agreement)

Consulting agreements

Full access to Bootstrap Office is provided as part of consulting services from Bradburnicus LLC. These services are contracted, invoiced, and paid for outside of the application. To inquire about consulting services, contact admin@bootstrapoffice.com.

Consulting agreements may authorize additional campaign-related uses of voter data that would otherwise be restricted, such as:

• Exporting mailing lists to provide to mail vendors for campaign mailings
• Exporting phone lists for campaign phone banking or texting services
• Bulk downloading of targeted voter lists for campaign canvassing
• Integration with other campaign tools and services

Terms related to refunds, data export formats, service availability, dispute resolution, and notice periods are governed by your individual consulting agreement with Bradburnicus LLC, not these Terms. All uses must remain compliant with Georgia law prohibiting commercial use of voter data.

Legal requirements for voter data use

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bootstrap Office only for lawful campaign purposes. You will not:

• Use voter data for any commercial purpose
• Sell, rent, or transfer voter data to third parties (except as specifically authorized in a consulting agreement for legitimate campaign purposes, such as providing data to mail vendors for campaign mailings)
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate voters
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Scrape, download, or store voter data in bulk for use outside the Service (except as specifically authorized in a consulting agreement)
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Access revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your access to Bootstrap Office at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Reasons for revocation may include but are not limited to:

• Non-compliant use of voter data
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Expiration or termination of a consulting agreement
• Our decision to modify or discontinue service tiers
• Any other reason we deem appropriate

Unless you have an active consulting agreement that provides otherwise, you should not expect that access to voter information will remain available to you indefinitely.

Account limits

Accounts are limited to a maximum of 5 users. Additional users or modified limits may be available through consulting agreements with Bradburnicus LLC. Account limits and user access are subject to the terms of any applicable consulting agreement.

Data availability and removal

All voter history data for a given election cycle will be removed from the Service within two weeks after any related runoff elections are completed. Your account may remain active for future election cycles, but previous campaign data will no longer be accessible.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of Bootstrap Office, including but not limited to voter data compilations, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Bradburnicus LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any campaign strategies, voter lists, or other materials you create using the Service remain the property of Bradburnicus LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for your campaign purposes in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of Bootstrap Office is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of voter data provided through the Service.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BRADBURNICUS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event will our collective liability to you exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bradburnicus LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. For users without an active consulting agreement, continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Users with active consulting agreements should refer to their agreement for terms regarding modifications and notice periods.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consulting agreement you may have with Bradburnicus LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Bootstrap Office.
